Booking Terms and Conditions

A deposit of 50% from each Client is required when submitting the application form to confirm a booking unless otherwise agreed in the Agent Contract. 

The full amount due by the Client to the Company, shall be payable not less than 90 days prior to the date of departure (unless otherwise specified in the Agent’s Contract). No Client will be permitted to commence any itinerary without payment in full being received by the Company. If the full amount is not received, the Company shall be entitled in its discretion to treat the reservation as cancelled, and consequently to forfeit such part of the advance payment as determined solely by the Company. Late applicants may join the tour based on accommodation availability.

Should the client wish to cancel the trip our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

• Cancellation more than 90 days prior to date of travel will incur a 50 percent fee of total trip cost
• Cancellation within 60 to 90 days prior to date of travel will incur a 75 percent fee of total trip cost
• Cancellation within 60 days prior to date of travel or less, as well as no shows, will incur a 100 percent cancellation fee of the trip cost to cover handling fees, liquidated damages and other associated costs​.
